  • returns and refunds: my dolls are made to be one of a kind art pieces, so they are non-refundable. if you encounter any issues with your doll, please contact me so we can work together to find the best solution for you. feel free to reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

  • repairs: if your doll arrives with defects that have not been caused by shipping, you may ship it back to me for a repair. please send visual proof and a detailed explanation of the issue. a repair request is only allowed once; i am not liable for any issues that occur after repairing your doll. i will not accept repair requests for dolls that are not mechanically defective.

  • shipping: unfortunately, i am unable to ship to the eu due to the new shipping regulations. all other international orders are subject to taxes and duties incurred upon delivery. please research the taxes in your country before making a purchase. i am not responsible for delays in shipping times or damages encountered during the shipping process. all dolls are packaged safely and thoroughly tested/documented before they are shipped out.

  • intellectual property: please do not claim my work as your own. if you are reposting my content or posting my doll, please credit me.

  • disclaimer: character dolls are not endorsed by or affiliated with any companies, brands, or franchises. they are simply fan-inspired creations made with love.

commissions are available through my request form. your request will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. please check my social media for updates.

i can make or remake any character, mini-me, or oc of your choice, but i will not recreate another artist's work. i can also make boy blythes, but wigs for boys may cost extra. please refer to this document for more information!
how do i order a commission?

to order a commission, you must fill out my custom commissions request form. every month, limited spots are accepted based on preference and material availability. requests that are not accepted for one month may be accepted for the next. if your request is chosen, an invoice for the $320 deposit will be sent to your email address to secure your spot. if i do not hear back from you or receive payment after 7 days, your spot will be rescinded and offered to someone else.

for more information, this document includes a detailed guide to ordering a custom commission. please note that if you want a doll with outfits/accessories, $320 is a deposit, not the full price. do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns before placing an order, as the deposit is nonrefundable!
how much does a doll cost?

dolls can range from $300-500 usd depending on the amount of labor, materials, accessories, wigs, and more! this is because custom blythes take a lot of time and effort to complete, as the doll is entirely bespoke - taken apart and put back together to fit a very specific vision.

a custom commissioned doll costs a flat fee of $320 usd, shipping excluded. completed commissions typically cost around $350-$380 usd (before shipping) as an estimate.
what is your shipping policy?

domestic (u.s.) shipping:

dolls - flat fee of $10 for ground transportation and will take 5-8 business days to arrive.

stickers - free shipping and will take 1-5 business days to arrive. will come in a non-trackable envelope.

accessories - flat fee of $4 for ground transportation and will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

international shipping:

dolls and accessories - $20-$45 usd and will take anywhere from 7 business days to a couple weeks to arrive. you are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties incurred upon delivery. please do research on your country's taxes and duties if you have concerns about ordering from the united states.

stickers - $3 usd and will take 7-21 business days to arrive. will come in a non-trackable envelope.

shipping times:

premade dolls, stickers, and accessories ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. custom faceplates ship within 1 week. custom commissioned dolls ship within 4 weeks. custom dolls will be shipped out promptly after invoices are paid off.

please note that all shipping times are subject to holiday schedules and possible weather delays.
what are your requirements for a doll trade?
  • you must be an established artist with your art clearly displayed on your page/website. this is to ensure both artists are fairly receiving their end of the bargain.
  • you must be based in the u.s. or have a u.s. shipping address i can send my work to. due to high tarriffs, i am not open to trading internationally at the moment.
  • your work must match the value of a custom blythe doll. some examples are: tattoos, other custom/handmade dolls, custom/handmade clothing items & accessories, custom-made ceramics & sculptures, handmade journals, and needle-felted plushies.
what are some doll care instructions?
  • please keep your blythe doll away from harsh chemicals like acetone (nail polish remover), as these can very easily strip away face paints and sealants.
  • avoid humidity, heat, and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  • please be delicate with doll clothing and hair, as most of them are styled for display, not functionality.
  • keep away from small children. blythe dolls are not toys, but art pieces for teenage and adult collectors.
